Who We Are
ROB ROSELLI
​
Rob is the Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing at Rutgers University where he handles all things Attendance, Atmosphere & Brand for the Scarlet Knight Football team. He also leads the Athletic Department's digital marketing strategy. Previously, Roselli served as Director of Fan Experience at Rutgers. Prior to Rutgers, Roselli spent time with his alma mater, Penn State University, as the Assistant Director of Marketing. He also spent a year with the Indianapolis Colts PR Department. The South Jersey native received his Master's Degree from Rutgers in 2018.
Rob sees the Attendance, Atmosphere & Brand blog as a way to continue his desire for lifelong learning and to give back to those looking to break into the industry.
MIKE GREENGARTEN

Mike joined Rutgers University's R Fund as the Assistant Director of Development for Communications and Engagement in February 2019. The 2014 Rutgers grad serves his alma mater by running the department's website and social media operations, as well as executing all communications efforts between Rutgers and the Scarlet Knights' supporters. Greengarten previously served as Director of Marketing & Fan Experience with Rutgers. He spent the previous two years as Assistant Director of Marketing & Promotions after he arrived at the University in August of 2015. In his role, Greengarten served as the marketing contact for the men's basketball program. Prior to joining RU, Greengarten spent a year with the MAAC as an Administrative Compliance Fellow. The Hillsdale, N.J. native is a graduate of Pascack Valley High School, and completed a graduate degree at Rutgers in Global Sports Business in August of 2018.

Mike sees the Attendance, Atmosphere & Brand project as a means of giving back to the industry's rising stars and having the opportunity to connect with leaders in the College Athletics space.
